   Sebagai seorang pemuda sepantasnyalah kita mengetahui bahwa sesungguhnya manusia dilahirkan dimuka bumi ini adalah sebagai pemimpin.Pemimpin seperti apa?bukan berarti harus menjadi seorang presiden ataupun seorang gubernur.Namun pemimpin yang memimpin didalam aspek kehidupannya.Contohnya seorang ayah yang menjadi pemimpin dalam keluarganya ataupun orang yang paling kecil yang mungkin semua orang menganggapnya bukan siapa-siapa namun sebenarnya dia juga seorang pemimpin siapa yang dia pimpin ?jawabannya adalah dirinya sendiri.Didalam hadis Rasulullah telah menerangkan


Setelah kita mengetahui siapa pemimpin itu nah sekarang kita akan mengetahui tujuan Tuhan kita menjadikan cipataan-Nya sebagai pemimpin.Menurut Zaldy Munir Pemimpin Redaksi The INDEPENDEN'S "Sebagai khalifah, manusia diberi tangung jawab pengelolaan alam semesta untuk kesejahteraan umat manusia, karena alam semesta memang diciptakan Tuhan untuk manusia.
